Delete your Gossamer account

Gossamer includes an in-app account deletion option. To delete your account, sign into Gossamer, open More, locate the account controls, and choose Delete account.

If you cannot access the app

Contact Skadiworx at Skadiworx1@gmail.com and request Gossamer account deletion. For account security, Skadiworx may need to verify that the request relates to the account being deleted.

What deletion affects

Account deletion is intended to remove your Gossamer account and associated cloud Journey data and cloud-synced photos, subject to limited temporary retention where required for legitimate security, backup, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
